Life-Saver for a Working New Mom
So I'd love to say that I purchased this to keep my beers cold at work, but really I was a desperate new mom in need of breast milk storage. This little fridge was a miracle-worker! If you, like me, either keep forgetting to freeze your ice pack, have issues remembering to take your milk home at the end of the day, or feel suuuper strange about leaving bodily fluids in a communal fridge, this little work-horse is the best! It keeps milk very cold all day long. And if you have a slight lapse in memory and forget to take your milk home at the end of the day, no prob! It will be there tomorrow.I found I was able to fit about 20-22oz of breast-milk-filled bags in this fridge by the end of the day, but without room for anything else. While the fridge isn't technically a "refrigerator" (as in, it doesn't technically work the same way a real fridge would), and therefore cannot keep your breastmilk as cold as it would stay in a standard fridge, I found the cooling function (a) much more effective than a simple cooler and (b) perfectly sufficient to keep breastmilk fresh, even overnight. I wouldn't keep any breastmilk in this fridge over a weekend, but for a night it worked great!I've been using this fridge for over six months now with zero issues. Honestly haven't tried the "heating" option, and probably never will, but it's good to know it's there in case I want to warm a heating pad or something if I'm having any tension etc. at work.Pros:- cooling function: kept my milk cold enough to last for days at home to feed my little guy.- size: the fridge is more than able to handle my day's worth of breast milk. And, once I was done pumping, it keeps yogurt and pop cans nice and cold all day long. You can't fit a six-pack in this fridge, but it's perfect for a few work beverages.- noise: the fridge is practically silent. I never notice it while I'm at work and have had no complaints by my neighbors.- portability: taking a road trip and need to store milk for your child? This fridge comes with a car adapter!- ease of cleaning: while some condensation builds up during the week, I simply wipe it with a paper towel. The fridge compartment is also very simple to clean with a cloth and soap.Cons:Only thing close to a "con" I would say is if you intend to use this to store your lunch in at work. It's not quite large enough for standard tupperware.Pro Tips:- Like I said above, makes life while pumping at work SIGNIFICANTLY easier. I no longer have to freak out if I forgot to pack my ice pack or forgot my milk at work.- Simply wipe the condensation off once a week and you're set for basic cleaning.- I promptly removed the "shelf" that came in the fridge - really couldn't see the point in it.- once finished with your pumping life, it works fabulously to store yogurt and drinks for the work day.**note: Purposely chose not to include photos of breastmilk storage for (hopefully) obvious reasons.

Great for breastmilk and formula in a cold room!
Got for my bedroom for middle of the night feedings for my newborn. I'm pretty strict about Temps for my breastmilk and formula so I was skeptical of this little fridge at first. I figured I would at least try it before getting a standard mini fridge for much more space and money. I keep my bedroom AC on about 71° F at night, and this thing keeps great temp! Usually about 36°F, which is right in the sweet spot of safe refrigeration above freezing. I was nervous at first bc I had gotten an analog fridge thermometer that was consistently reading around 50°F, but I noticed it was doing the same in my regular fridge and even ambient environment. I returned that and got a set of digital thermometers for this and my regular fridge, and it's been great. Many times this little guy is even better than the main fridge. It's been a huge help for middle of the night feedings, especially as I was not willing to risk the milk being stored improperly. I'll put room temp breastmilk in the fridge around 10 or 11pm and it's ice cold when my baby eats around 2 or 3am. I'm a little stricter with formula, as I won't put room temp formula in here as it states it meant to keep already chilled beverages cold, but this keeps refrigerated formula nice and cold. You hear it running but it's no louder than a ceiling fan, definitely not enough to keep you up at night. I've seen some reviews say this stopped working for them so I'll update if that happens.

Waaay better than the frigidaire! Much colder drinks!
I had the red Frigidaire for about 3 years and used it while living without AC and with AC. With AC it was great. Without AC, it did not keep my drinks cold. They were slightly cooler than room temp. The Frigidaire burnt out on me about 6 weeks ago.The Cooluli reviews and description made me think it might be better, so I decided to spend a bit more and try it out. It's soooo much better. I've been living near the beach without AC and half the summer had the frigidaire, half the summer Cooluli. We had a heat wave the 2nd half of the summer with temps around 85-88 outside, and probably 88-90+ inside my room in the afternoons. The cooluli actually kept my drinks cold! Even in the hottest part of the day during our little san diego heat wave. I never had actual cold drinks from the frigidaire. What I love:-It's also built as a cooler, which probably helps it keep my drinks much colder than the frigidaire.-It keeps things COLD, not cool.-Same size as the other micro-fridges-Lightweight-Magnetic door. Super easy to open and stays closed.-Easy to clean-Quiet (I'd estimate that it's a tad bit quieter than the frigidaire). I can only hear it when it's dead silent and I'm near it.What I don't like:-Nothing! It's great!-If they made a size that was a 6 can, that might be perfect for me.It holds 4 cans/bottles. It's tall enough to hold something that's about 7.9 inches tall (just slightly under 8 inches). Holds my coffee's and Celcius with no problems. It's super light weight. I've been using it for about 5 weeks and there's a tiny bit of condensation collected in the bottom. I don't understand how people are complaining about this. It's not "leaking", it's just basic science. The frigidaire did not have any water inside, because it was NEVER cold, just "cool". Just like a cold can of soda in a warm room get's condensation and a slightly cool can does not. You're opening a tiny fridge and the hot air hitting the cold air makes this different than a full size fridge. Complainers just grab a paper towel every 6 weeks and wipe it down. It takes 20 seconds. Or buy an inferior product that only gets your things cool.If you're still reading and on the fence, just get this one. It's far better than the competitor.
