This product would be ideal for anyone who is replacing an outdoor flood light, and wants to add a camera. There is no Ethernet connection, no DC power connection. There are 3 wires: AC Line, AC Neutral, and a USB type C which connects the camera to the base.If you are looking for an ONVIF-compatible camera to integrate with an existing NVR system, this is not it. If you just need to put a WiFi camera where you currently have an outdoor light, this is the product for you. This product would be great for that.

I recently needed to replace my old motion sensor floodlight, so I was on a search for the best solution when I came across this little gem. So I had to try it out, but honestly, I had no idea what a powerful camera this was!The camera came in a standard small box with all the necessary parts. It was easy-peasy to install since I already had a light in place. I just turned off the power, unscrewed the old light, unhooked the electrical connections, plugged those into the new light, screwed it in and turned on the power. Took about 10 minutes. Imagine my surprise when it started talking to me!The device stays quiet until you download the required app via QR code on the app store. Once you register your account, you show you phone's screen to the camera...and it starts talking you through the connection and activation. It connects to your wifi network and that's when the magic begins. I put in a miniSD card so I wouldn't have to pay for online storage and wow! This app does so much.Going through the settings, I told it to turn on my motion detection, activate infrared mode at night, track the subject it sees, alert me on my phone, record the video, and allow me to talk to whoever is there if I push a button. Yes, ALL of those features are included by default. And it works great. It's a bit eerie walking across the driveway and seeing the camera eye turn to follow me.The camera itself takes video by default, but you can also fire it up on your phone at any time to take video on demand, or snapshots. Those are saved to its internal library, and you can delete them at any time.Overall, I'm so pleased! It's just amazing. Highly recommended!

I mounted this light across the patio overlooking my pool and yard. I didn't realize how blindingly bright the daylight lights were. You have to point them away from your eyes. The app works well, and the reproduction is decent but does not match the Ring app or quality. I did have an issue in that I had to put a range booster on my router to get a signal that the unit could pick up. It has to be next to the house, or you need a mesh router system. It works well for the price. It's ok, but there are some excellent alternatives for the price.

Terrific value for a well made flood light with high def camera. The hard wired unit is easy to install with all hardware included. The unit features motion detection and the camera has night vision. Very durable fixture.

Great camera, great picture quality, bright lamps. Total package. I love it.
