Great
Bought for my partner as I had one free with my watch a few years ago. He loves it. Great functionality. Only downside, like my own watch is the battery life isn't great, but this could be due to operator error? Just charge it when not in use.

Don't buy this if you want a fitness tracker.
If you are looking for a fitness tracker, this is not for you. I have always had a Fitbit but thought I would "upgrade" to a combined smart watch with fitness tracking. The battery life is rubbish - it doesn't even last 24 hours which means i have to take it off half way through the day which defeats the main reason I have it. Also, very uncomfortable to wear when doing an aerobic workout - it has rubbed my wrist raw. This watch is being returned and I'm sticking with a Fitbit.

Does most things adequately, some well, some poorly
I've owned a fairly decent fitness watch for a few years, and I don't think it's fair to directly compare this Galaxy Watch FE to it. They are different things, and the FE has more smart features at a cost to battery life and continuous monitoring of things like SpO2.I've had the FE for over a month, and I have grown to like some of the features that my fitness watch didn't have. Being able to reply to texts (and not just read them), pay with your card, and use more apps when you're not right next to your phone is convenient. And while I have to do manual SpO2 or stress readings, I like the depth of some of the health monitoring (such as your sleep analysis). I do question the accuracy of some of them, as it sometimes records me as sleeping when I am just working at my computer. When it comes to battery life, I usually charge it once a day with my phone (and it always has around 60% of a charge left). I probably have a moderate amount of features activated (for instance, AOD off, tap to wake on, sleep mode on at night, location off unless I am exercising, etc.). Would I like it if it went almost a week between charges? Sure, but I also like the increased functionality compared to a minimal fitness watch.Appearance wise, this is a refreshed GW4, so it's not going to be as sleek as the newer flagship watches. The bezels are thick bois, but they double as a dial to scroll through the screens. You can reduce the appearance of them by having a black background to your watch face (and that will probably save you some battery life). If you have thicker wrists, you will probably need to pick up another band as the supplied one is S-M sized.Overall, I am happy, but I also see myself replacing it in a few years, which might not have been the case with a more expensive model.

Nice looking watch
Would not recommend. Battery life is terrible. Don't use the applications I wanted the watch for, like blood pressure monitor just because the battery wouldn't last 24 h

This watch has some big drawbacks.
This isn't a dreadful product but there are some things that people should be aware of when buying it:1. The strap delivered with the watch wasn't big enough for my wrist so I had to order another one. It wasn't made clear in the description what size strap was included so be careful with this.2. The battery life isn't very good. Not a deal breaker but you basically have to charge it most days.3. The biggest issue I have with it by far is that some of the functions don't work unless you have a Samsung phone. If I'd known this in advance I wouldn't have bought it.
