Writing it after few months of usage, it's one of the best product. Easily holds charge for upto 4 hours, Go for it

Product quality- failed within 8 months
Within 8-9 months, the product is not working. Not able to supply power to broadband router. Had bought Amazon Basics thinking will get a quality product but Amazon failed my expectations. This is still within 1 year warranty and I seek replacement asap. It ditched me during my important times.

Good backup
The back up is excellent. I think it back up my router more than 6 hours. I didn't even think it could backup that long but Why im giving 4 star instead of 5 star. Let me clear it up. The back up is excellent but when the power supply went out it doesn't backup instantly it restart and start backup with no interruption. That's the only reasion i didn't give 5 star. Over all this is a very good and reliable product. I think Amazon basic item are good and reliable

Working
Working very well and giving a powerbackup of 3 hour , but i haven't actually tested the whole backupand easy to install

After warranty end, it creates issue during power off
So, a review after 1 year, 8 months. It has 1 year warranty so worked good at that time. But now, when the light goes off, the modem flicks for a second and due to this it get restarts. Call get disconnected due to that.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience the main purpose of the this mini ups was backing up the current to the modem on the second itself but it did it in a different way it switches off partially the modem when the current goes and takes about 1 to 2 minutes to bring back the internet connection and that's so frustrating for who expect unteriputed wifi connection and it taked so much time to replace the product with the refund after a long time wasting my time calling and following up for refund even when in 10 days replacement period and I got it afterwards the warranty way and I had to say for sure the customer care service was so bad and laggy
