It doesn’t have the bottom holes to secure it to the entire license plate, it just has the top holes to place the screws for installation. I ended up drilling holes into the bottom to keep it from rattling and to make sure it doesn’t get damaged. The rhinestones are VERY secure and didn’t come off when I drilled holes into the bottom with an industrial style driller. So I would say it’s a very well made license plate cover. Unfortunately, the only thing I don’t like about it is that it is very wide around the license plate and it cover up the ‘veteran’ part of my plates. Other than that, I think it is very beautiful.
