Smidge Insect Repellent (30ml)

Was using jungle formula max, got bitten by midges in lakes so switched to this and no more bites and it smells way better then deer based sprays!Highly recommend this for protection in UK, mosquito spray is not what you need in the UK

I am allergic to insect bites and have tried many brands of repellant. This one doesn’t contain DEET. I’ve been impressed so far - a lovely fresh smell and non oily formula make applying this a pleasure. It goes on like a moisturiser. Def worth buying. NOTE: check the size!!!!! The 30ml is smaller than I expected - but fine to keep in a backpack or handbag.

It worked. Shame about the spray. The product is absolutely fantastic. I'm usually covered in bites and its quite refreshing not to have any. However, having purchased the single 30ml (extremely sceptical from previous experiences) to see if did actually work I found that the horrid mechanism spewd and spat product. Do not expect a nice even spray. I then used it as a dispenser into my hands like lotion. Another downside I found was that it definitely does not last a week for one person applying twice daily. Which when purchased as a single made it extremely expensive. My honest opinion yes it worked and for my relief from bites I will probably purchase again. It lost one star for an awful spray and another for being expensive when buying as a single.

No midges came near us. Sprayed it on tent mesh door and window at night and sleep bags. Not 1 bug came in.

AMAZINGWent to the Canary Islands and for the first time i never got one mosquito bite, this stuff is amazing.

Smidge is an excellent product, by far the best on the market in my opinion, it does what it says it deters mosquitoes and other flies, doesn’t sting your skin ( as long as you don’t apply to freshly shaved legs ) 😁doesn’t melt your nail,varnish like a well known Jungle brand formula.Smells better than some others doesn’t have that strong chemical smell.

It worked well and had almost no smell which i liked, but not particularly impressed as it lasted 5 days just doing a 2 & 3 year olds arms, legs and face once a day.
