This is for a PAIR of replacement H1 35w Xenon Bulbs. These bulb ware over time, so if your headlights are not what they used to be or your HID kit is more than 3 year old, it may be worth changing your bulbs, even if they have not blown. If a headlight has gone a orangey/pinky colour, it is just about to fail. This is what xenon bulbs often do just before they fail. They can also be used to convert your HID kit to a different fitment so that it can be used in a car that takes a H1 bulb. All HID ballasts are universal so these will fit any aftermarket HID ballast.
