Bastante malo. tienes que poner las manos tres veces para que salga, eso si tienes una luz normal en el aseo, no enfocando directamente, porque si tienes unos ojos de buey justo enfocando al lavabo y pones el difusor en la bancada, no te detecta absolutamente nada, ósea buena presencia si que tiene pero es bastante por no decir muy malo, en fin que me he quedado desilusionado

Ya había tenido uno igual y funciona bien.De momento no tengo problemas con él.Muy recomendable para los que quieran un dosificador de jabón

Buen dispensador de jabon liquido, ya que se puede controlar lo que se gasta en cada uso, y se tiene que usar jabon liquido.

i was wondering where i can talk to the seller of this product. i purchased two of them for my bathrooms. one works great and the other doesn't work at all. i can't return the product because i threw all the packaging and information away. i am stuck with this dispenser. when u put ur hand under it, it turns on, makes the chime noise, but no soap. nothing comes out. the other works fine. it turns on, makes the chime noise n soap comes out. n it's the same soap in each one. please can someone help me as to what i can do with this defective dispenser or am i just stuck with it.thank you. terese dias

I have had this soap dispenser for a bit now and it continually is stopped up, or then just a constant drip and now has quit working. Now the chime has even stopped working. I would ask for a refund though the return shipment would likely eat up most of that .Very unhappy with the product ! Surely can NOT recommend :(

This item is by far one of my best purchases. The price is incredibly reasonable and I save tons of money by being able to refill it with my own soap vs. the expensive models with expensive refills. I bought extra's for gifts and I have one in each of my bathrooms and on my kitchen sink! I highly recommenf this product for anyone!!! ;-)

What a perfect way to keep hands clean and not worry about spreading germs. The tune that plays with each dispensing is a sound that insures you that clean hands are on the way. Great for kitchen or bathrooms.

Item worked for one evening. Next day, tried everything I could, but no luck. I had an older model of this same dispenser which worked well for a number of years. I liked it so well I wanted to replace it with a new one but other than looking the same, this one was and is junk.

I have 4 this one for some reason did not function correctly. I threw it away and got another brand. No idea why it did not work, but I felt it was better to get a new one then pay for shipping
