I watched many videos from Malcom over the years. I’ve made all my own rubs mostly recipes I’ve gotten from him. I was watching a newer video and thought HEY! I’ll go buy something of his to give back for all he’s taught me.To be honest I wasn’t expecting anything great. Totally expected the same crap you find in stores. I was pleasantly surprised how good this is. I first put it on some burgers. I honestly just wanted the bottle to put my own AP seasoning in lol.My favorite so far is using this on pork butts. Mustard, a little AP, then pour a good layer of this over it and it is literally the absolute best pork butt I’ve ever made. Not sure I’ll go back to my own recipe as this is just way better. I have no clue how to replicate it.So Malcom. If you’re reading any of these feel free to give me the recipe.
