It was on the second time I purchased the same item. First one was great. The lamp was as per the description. With timer and brightness settings. Second one, i purchased as a gift to my sister. I didn't open the box and gave it as it is. After a month, i checked with her how was my gift and is she using the timer feature. She said that it doesn't have. She got the one with dial settings only.

Update as of 3/7: I wanted to update my review and add stars due to incredible customer service after my bad experience. The sellers reached out and offered me so many solutions to help solve the problem of the faulty bulbs. They went above and beyond to send me multiple replacements since the lamp itself was still working. I can really appreciate a business that wants to make issues better and problem solve. Thank you! Original Review: I ordered this item on Feb. 14, 2024 and it arrived a few days later. First lightbulb is already broken and the second bulb not working either. Unacceptable that the bulbs wouldn’t even last a MONTH.

This is adorable!

It worked great while it lasted. I didn’t use this everyday but when I did I loved the output of aroma it gave. The settings were perfect. Such a good purchase until it wasn’t. I expected it to last more than a year but after switching to a new bulb (which was the first time changing it) it only worked one time after that and will no longer turn on. The buttons say it’s on but no light.

What a great little candle warmer! After spending almost $40 for the Candle Warmer brand, I wanted to see if I could find something cheaper that would perform as well, if not better. This is definitely it! The extendable arm is such a nice feature, and the wood base gives it an expensive feel. I haven't tried the timer function, since I don't leave it on when I'm not at home, but the lamp is just beautiful. The included bulb burned out much faster than the one included with the more expensive brand, but the bulbs are super cheap to order on Amazon, so I don't mind that. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was looking at multiple candle lamps and I’m glad I purchased this one. It’s small, adjustable, and has a timer. I’ve used it on the lowest heat setting and it melts my candle very well. The smell of my candle is much stronger using the lamp, which I love.
