I have been taking this for While after I had The dose of high-strength vitamin D due to deficiency. So far since I've been taking these my blood tests have been coming back to normal. Love the fact that this is more natural with less crap in it

Recommend it . They are clean and package is light and different from other brands. The con for me is the transport because you have to pay extra the same amount of money for transport as the product cost.
