Edited after receiving replacement:The customer service reached out to me after the review and send me replacements that now work with my ipad. I raised the the rating from 1 star to 4 stars since the replacements now works with iPad when the original ones did not work-----------I specifically bought the cables for ipad since the description said it would work with macbook and iPad. Unfortunately, it did not. It did work with surface, so nothing wrong with the cable, but it simply did not work with iPad pro as described.

Works As Expected With Macbook Pro 2019 To Monitor

I've bought two of these cables over the course of a week, with both cables having the exact same problem immediately on use. When I use this cable to plug my laptop into my TV the picture is purple and green. These cables also don't offer 60Hz refresh rate despite claiming they do. It's clear by the delivered packaging being different for each cable that this is some grifter company making awfully cheap cables. These are truly offensively bad cables.

I use hdmi to usb-c cords to stream from my phone to my tv.This was a good cord.It had a clear picture and good sound.I didn't have any issues with it until it stopped working.One day I plugged it in and the screen kept going black every time I barely touched the cord.Then one day I plugged it in and it didn't work at all.It lasted about 2 months.
