Update: did a clean on the machine and it's working great. Bought this Sept. 4, 2024. The revolving section that moves the ice out gets stuck. It seems it's getting too cold and stops rotating. I have stopped it and let the ice melt it only works for a few minutes. Only had this for just a little over a month. It's a shame we really like this nugget ice.

I loved this ice maker for a few months. Only used distilled water, cleaned it regularly. And it broke twice within 9 months. First time it legit sounded like an engine backfiring while we were sleeping. I've contacted support and I'm guessing it's all in China because I've gotten zero response. Don't waste your money.

One of the best purchases ever! It is a life saver when I run out of ice and do not want to go out, pour some water on it and that's it... wait for it.. you will get beautifull little ice that you can use for any of your cocktails or any drink. The bad.... it takes a while to make the ice and it really is noisy, do not let others tell you the opposite.

I bought in September 2024. The machine lasted 5 months. It started making a very loud whirly grinding noice and not making ice. Customer service replaced it but that one lasted 8 months before doing the same! Customer service will not compensate for this one so machine does not last a year! Update: spoke too soon, customer service is amazing. They did credit me for the machine.

Very easy to use. I’ve is perfect size for munching on. Will hold ice for awhile. One quart of water makes enough ice for 2 days. Just pour the water in the tank and press start 10 minutes later your ice Ben is full.

Initially we were very pleased with this ice maker. I like the slim design that fits nicely on my countertop and the ice chucks were exactly what we were hoping for. I would’ve preferred it to be a bit quieter, but it wasn’t terrible. Unfortunately, after only 3 months, it started making very loud clicking noises and stopped producing ice. After contacting the company, and sending in pictures and video, it was diagnosed as a faulty compressor. And, since we purchased it through Amazon and not Euhomy directly, they denied the one year warranty. My fault for not realizing it wasn’t purchased directly from the manufacturer, but I’m disappointed that the company diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor (their exact diagnosis) and still won’t cover a replacement. I will search for a higher quality machine and a company who values their customers and stands behind their product.

I liked this ice maker at first, but it didn’t last. After less than a year, it stopped working and the “add water” light stays on despite the tank being full. Disappointed in the durability. Not worth it.
