Update: the company reached out to me and sent me another one. I was just going to eat the loss on the other one because i live so far from everything and didnt want the hassle so I am so grateful for them getting in touch with me and helping me. I tried it and it works wonderfully! I got a good workout with it and am so happy it worked for me. I love that it's so versatile, so small yet you can do almost any workout with it. I definitely recommend! Also, customer service was absolutely wonderful.Unfortunately, I can't really say how this bar is because it's too tall (I guess that's how you would say that) and therefore I can't really do anything with it. I'm not short by any means(5'6) so maybe it's because I didn't get the pink one? I'm not sure but I'm sad cause I was really excited about it.

It's a good starter to help balance. It also helps with squats

This is a must have if you’re trying to stay in shape I can do all my extra exercises with this piece. I love it. It’s easy to use and it helps you build up your stigma a star whatever you wanna call it to begin working at this beginner friendly, love it if anybody to give it if you beginner or have it workout person but it’s great

I got this to help stretch my back muscles and it’s very easy to use for arms and back!

I pair this with my reaistance band set and pull up tower to add versatility to my calisthenics and resistance workout. Great use case!Knocked off a star as the pieces holding the strap in place came loose and the straps move a bit. Not a deal breaker, but would recommend a different design, one with the metal ring at the bar ends. The bands it came with are not coated smoothly to be wrapped around anything like normal resistance bands would be, but thats fair for how it is meant to be used.
