I LOVE this hairdryer; leaves my hair soft and shiny, just as when I go to my hairdresser. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is there's no cold shot. You have to adjust the heat setting every time you want to finish a heat set with a cool blast. I've learned how to make it work, but it's a bit awkward. Overall though, it's a terrific hairdryer and would recommend.
