Really nice compact foam roller. It’s nice and firm so I can really dig into your muscles. The size makes it easy to store in any space. I’m overall very happy with this product. It’s helped my back a lot.

I use this every day mostly for my back and it cracks my back easily every time.

First off let me say, this is not a typical foam roller. It’s actually really firm, which I love! It gets deep into those muscles you’re trying to relieve and still keeps its shape even though the design is hollow. I wish it was a bit longer but other than that, it’s perfect!

The firmness and pain relief this roll offers it’s great, I been using it for months and I’m completely satisfied with the quality and shape retention of the roll.

Update Less than a year later and not much use out of it. This thing cracked and is useless now. I'm not overweight and I was just rolling out my legs and using it appropriately. I do not recommend this product. It is clearly cheaply made. Other brands I've had have lasted 10 plus years I'm a personal trainer and swear by this tool for loosening muscles (so does Tom Brady, but his brand is probably 3x the cost...). Love that it comes in a pretty purple! Most brands are basic colors. Holding up well.

This helped stretch out my back in just a few uses! I have been to pt, had pain pills and nothing helped like this! It was amazing!
