Horrible company
Didn’t work after 15 min of running, they wouldn’t help me and after 20 emails requesting a return email I went to Amazon customer service and they finally helped me.

Poor quality- don't waste your money.
I used it once and it broke. Only used for about 2 hours. Very cheap plastics and aluminum. The vibration from the engine is intense and poor quality parts cannot withstand brush attachments. The edger works fine, but who wants to spend this kind of money on an edger? The parent company is in Germany. [email protected] Although they were pleasant and entertained my concerns- bottom line- they said I needed to deal with Amazon because the purchase was made in the USA. Thank goodness I listened to my wife and bought the protection plan. Don't bother wasting your money on this product.
