This is my favorite yeast for wine and whiskey it works great for either one. I highly recommend it

Vicious little buggers
The little yeasties, whatever they are, attacked the sugar with vigor. Now my pears are well on the way to wine. If it is no good, I won’t blame the yeast.

Great fermentor
This yeast is working well but wine making is a long process so it is really too early to know if there is any yeast residue in the flavor. So far this is a good product though.

Good stuff
I used this yeast to make about 6 gallons of apple/grape wine and it worked so well. Had to back sweeten as the yeast used all of the sugars.
