Sustain and more!
This is a great deal for the beginner to intermediate, a quality universal pedal with a set of keyboard labels for learning the notes. The spring feels good when depressing the pedal and it sits firmly on the floor with no creeping every time it is pressed to activate the sustain. A quality build that is built to last and a universal sustain pedal that works with many keyboards. This is a great deal and one I recommend as a keyboardist myself!

Worked great for a month, now it squeaks SO much
Originally, this product was great and I loved the better 'real feel' of the pedal over the flat pedal that most keyboards come with. However, about a month in it started squeaking, and now every time it's pressed it makes a plastic squeaking sound so loud (louder than an air filter on high). It's so annoying now that I unplugged it and went back to the original flat pedal the keyboard came with. Granted, that was after using it 2-4 hours every day for a month, but pedals should definitely last more than a month.

Good value sustain pedal
I got this pedal because I have a couple of keyboards that did not come with a sustain pedal. This unit works well. I tried it on one of my keyboards and at first the pedal was making the keys sustain without pressing the pedal, but by flipping the polarity swich on the side of the pedal it now functions as normal. The plastic housing seems sturdy enough for home use, and the metal pedal feels solid underfoot when using.

Works as it is supposed to.
I plugged this into the port of my cheap $20 ancient keyboard and it works like a champ. It is of reasonable quality and feels like it will stand up to regular practice use or very chill gigging. All good. I would order again.

Worked great until it exploded
This pedal snapped itself in half from the force of the spring. Would not recommend unless you like spontaneous combustion.

Works right out of the box with my Roland digital piano from the 90's that I use as a keyboard controller. Smaller then expected, smaller than my other sustain peddles, but that's not really an issue. I don't know if this supports half-pedal as my ancient digital piano does not have that function. It stays put on my carpeted floor and feel solid when using. A good value, IMO. I will update this review if need be, for now it works as it should and I'm a a happy camper.

Does not plug into ANY keyboard
Sadly, my keyboard does not have an applicable plug to use the pedal. I am sad about it! I really just miss piano and keyboard needs that help to feel the same for me. It was worth a shot. It takes a specific plug in soo make sure you have that before you get this!

Value-priced sturdy sustain pedal
The media could not be loaded. This sustain pedal from seller Esmartlife is value-priced at $15. It works fine. It does not have any contact bounce, and the spring is firm. Like most sustain pedals it has a polarity switch for compatibility with different keyboards.Oddly there is a large picture in Esmartlife's product description with a heading line in large bold print "Make Your Piano Sound More Beautiful". Since a sustain pedal has nothing to do with sound I find this strange. Sustain pedals are a necessary part of basic keyboard control, and since some keyboards may not include a sustain pedal as well as the fact that sustain pedals do go missing, perhaps this heading line should read "Be able to play your keyboard properly".
