Decent Quality wood for larger smokers
I prefer chunk wood for my propane smoker. However, this wood is substantially larger than what I anticipated (coming in at around 8" long.) I ended up having to cut it down to make it work.Overall, it is high quality, has a wonderfully fresh smell, and seems to be very solid. It left a wonderful flavor on my pork butt.
