Love using isomalt for my cake creations
I purchased this to make isomalt sails for my cake. It’s absolutely great to use, it melts easily and colours superbly.I melted it on the hob as apposed to a microwave, and I was really happy with the result.I’d definatly recommend this item. It makes really brilliant and extravagant pieces of art for your cakes.It can also be used to make crystals, eyeballs and many more items for your edible creations.It’s quite expensive though, but worth it.

Perfect for what I needed it for.
Easy to use & exactly what I needed. I melted in the microwave but be careful you don't over heat like I did on my second time of using it when it burnt & turned an amber colour so had to buy some more.
