Excellent product. it works just as described. if you are trying it for the first time, i suggest you start with 2 capsules. If 2 capsules are to harsh for your stomach, reduce dose. If not increase dose by one capsule at a time. waiting 3 day before increasing or decreasing dose. 4 capsules are suggested by manufacture but 2 was all i needed.
