I use to repair screen chips for a company so thought I would try one of these kits when I found a chip on my wife's newly purchased used car. The bridge and the injector worked really well and I got a very good result from it. Now to improve this kit it could do with, 1- A carbide tipped dremel type attachment to drill, clean and smooth the screen's pit would be great, 2- it could be supplied with a tiny mirror to sucker to the screen inside the vehicle so you can see the cracks from the other side and at different angles and 3- a longer pick would be useful so you can look into the mirror and gently press each crack and watch the fluid flow to the tip's of them as if you don't get it to the tip they could crack out in future. A word of warning, do not try to repair chips on a hot windscreen as cracks spread much easier and shelter yourself away from the sun (use an umbrella if need be) as uv from the sun will cure the liquid faster than you can fill the chip and once it has gone hard you don't get a second chance! I made use of a bathroom mirror so you can see how useful it was to do the job but would have been easier if it were a lot smaller and adjustable, I also used the wife's uv lamp that she uses to do her nails to cure the liquid in about 60seconds. :-)

Instructions are dire, the kit is I suppose robust enough but I just couldn't get the resin to flow into the damaged area, it filled the area under the plunger (a few mm) but then didn't flow into the rest of the fault. Save the money and get it done professionally.

Do not waste your time or money. Used on a glass mirror exactly as instructed and made no difference. Fortunately I was able to remove easily.

These were the first jack stands I ever got, I purchased 4 so I could lift up my E90 and do some work on it. I have done countless things with these jack stands since then including lots of extensive work on my Chevy Blazer, the stands are currently holding my Dana 60 axle I'm preparing to swap into the blazer. I never have an ounce of worry when going under a vehicle with these jack stands holding it up, they are very sturdy, additionally, they have a lock so in case something does go wrong, they still won't drop the load. I see these jack stands lasting for the foreseeable future as even with 5 years of hard outdoor use, they aren't showing signs of wear or rusting. (disclaimer: they are stored in a garage when not in use)
