Tenor Saxophone JTS-802 B Flat Black Color Beginner/Performer

Excellent instrument only problem was one of the keys needed to be bend back into the correct placement. Color was correct and sounded good too, okay option for beginners

This sax was defective. G sharp key was bent.

While the saxophone came in great packaging and beautiful white bags to keep them clean. My issue and reason for 3 stars came up when I tried to sit down and play a simple marching ditty when i noticed it was struggling to play some main notes. I had hope that maybe it was just a bad reed and so I changed it out and went through 3 cane reeds before giving up and trying a legere synthetic reed and still had the same issue. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue as there are not any videos going over the horn, it really is beautiful but if you will have to purchase a quality mouthpiece and ligature it makes it difficult to pick this horn over another. I will be trying to play it again once a new mouthpiece comes in, and I have hope it’ll work but if it doesn’t I will be reaching out to the seller and questioning why a brand new saxophone can’t play out of the box.

I was skeptical about ordering this saxophone since it has no review. I decided to order it and glad that I did. This is an excellent saxophone and I would recommend it to anyone.
