Is this the glue used for making slime?

That is the main thing I have used it for. It is a good quality smooth glue that makes a great slime.

Is this glue tinted yellow?

No, our Gallon School Glue does not have a yellow tint.

I really want a gallon of this, but most of the reviews show that the gallon spills before it gets there. Is this still happening?

Is this glue suitable for "Marine" use?

Water soluble, washable school glue. I don't think anyone would suggest it should be used for "Marine" applications--except maybe craft projects at Marine school! But that is only an OPINION. For the correct and final answer, contact Elmer's Glue customer help-line directly.
