Phone case reviewI love this case. I had tried 3-4 different cases on my iPhone 15 Pro before trying this one, and this one was the winner by FAR! I loved how strong the magnetic connection is on the back. I’m able to put it in some very convenient places because of it; ESPECIALLY when I’m at work. The ability to use the piece on the back for extra grip, or as a kickstand is a feature that I use CONSTANTLY. It offers great protection, as I’ve dropped my phone a number of times with no damage at all. The buttons all remain very “clicky” which is a MUST for me. I can’t stand “mushy” buttons lol. I love the design and feel, and the kickstand is incredibly useful. I have ordered my second one of these cases because the kickstand part on my first one, the spring part broke. I got about 2 years out of it with HEAVY use. I use the kickstand feature all the time for what it is meant to be used for, and I also fidget with it constantly by holding onto it, and spinning my phone around, or repeatedly pulling the kickstand out and letting it snap back into place. So the fact it lasted as long as it did, I definitely got my moneys worth! The feel of the case is nice in my opinion, and the texture on the sides helps add additional grip. For the case having the whole kickstand feature, the fact that it remains sleek, and compact while still providing great levels of protection is impressive. I highly recommend this case, especially at this price point!

Really like this case! The back ring ratchets/clicks as you turn it, very satisfying sound and feel, like a fidget toy. The plastic has a nice durable feel, not slippery, easy to grip. The magnetic ring on the back is strong enough to let you stick the phone on the side of a refrigerator!

I almost fell in love with this phone case! Always loved Anker products have many different products from them. The design is fantastic, and it provides excellent protection. The stronger MagSafe magnets are a great feature, allowing me to stick my phone to the fridge or any metal surface while my hands are busy. The built-in stand ring is very practical and adds extra functionality. However, the stand ring’s mechanism isn’t very sturdy or durable. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, it broke, and now the ring has fallen off. This is disappointing because I can no longer use the MagSafe or the stand feature. Now, it’s just a regular case.

Everything about this case was simply awesome:- looks clean- protects well- feels good in the hand…but after a couple months of normal use, the magnetic ring/stand broke, making the stand unusable and the magsafe feature for vehicle mounting unsafe.I absolutely LOVE Anker products (I have sooo many items I’ve bought or received as gifts after dropping “wink-wink, nudge-nudge” hits to friends and family, and will continue to do so. However, I can’t recommend this product with the “spinable” magsafe compatible ring/stand because the hinge might be too weak for routine use. I take care of my things and take pride in examining and using things for their intended use case, so I was surprised when it broke while closing the stand to place it on my car mount.Don’t know if I got a defective unit, but two months seem way to soon for the hinge to fail as it did.UPDATE!Let me just say that Anker’s customer service is absolutely amazing. I did not expect anyone contacting me back regarding the issue I had, and not only did they do so, they wanted to make it right by sending a replacement and allowing me a few months before I updated the feedback I had written, if I wanted to do so (absolutely no pressure was put on me to do so). Well, that time came and went and even though the case did withstood more than the first one, the same issue happened again: the hinge broke the exact same way the first one did. I really like the design, feel and features of this case, but that hinge design is just not it. I think that they have since changed the design of the case and introduced a V.2 version of it that I wouldn’t mind checking out, but the only flaw I could find with the case made it un unusable for me, as the whole metal/mag safe ring falls off. Good concept, not the best execution…but knowing Anker and their products, I’m sure they’ll get it right.

EDIT: Increasing my review to 3 stars due to their amazing customer service. I'm actually going to try the product again in hopes this purchase was a one-off issue with quality, because I do truly like the design and intended functionality.****Very poor quality product. The magnets within the ring fell out within the first couple of weeks, but I just glued them back in, thinking it was a one-off. However, now the hinge on the ring is broken and it won't fully close, nor will the stand hold the weight of the phone. There's a loud pop sound whenever I try to open the ring, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time before it fully detaches. Of course, it's just a few days past the return period, too. Definitely would not purchase again.
