This machine mixes, kneads, and facilitates the dough rising process without having to remove your dough from the bowl. I do not have a kitchen that is conducive to doing a lot of cooking, so it was the perfect machine for me. I can now make professional breads and pizza with great ease. You will have to get used to determining the correct amount of kneading as well as the appropriate time for rising on each recipe. It is more efficient than if you tried to do it by hand, or with a mixer & dough hook. The way that it kneads makes it easy to see if you have added the correct amount of water. If there's too much or too little water, it will not tumble correctly while kneading.

I love this machine, I make all of our bread and have an amazing recipe you can make anything with, monkey bread, garlic knots, white or wheat bread and this machine makes it so easy. Not very loud even when mixing, you push button to mix, button to ferment/rise and it has a timer as well as will weigh if a recipe is in grams. My recipe makes a good sized loaves and a small or garlic bread, knots etc. perfect size for that. Super easy to clean, great mixing ability it just powers on. A friend bought one and loved it so I got mine, it is worth every penny to me! Instead of kneading at the end o roll the bubbles out with a rolling pin, divide and shove into pans. Besides putting ingredients in rolling out and putting in pans is all the hands on you have to do.

A great product for mixing doughs of any kind. It has a scale, then it mixes, kneads, and finally it allows you to ferment and rise the dough. The price is good also. What I like is when you are done, you can make your dough into whatever you want, such as bread, buns, pizza, garlic knots, etc.

It works very well, but I wouldn’t do more than making two loaves at a time. I believe trying to do three loaves would be too hard on the motor. It does turn off when it gets too warm but after a few seconds, it turns itself back on again. The proofing works very well. And the cleanup is super easy. For those who love to make homemade bread, but whose arms can’t take the constant kneading anymore. This is it.

Easy to use was bought for my mother, and it helps her be able to make bread without having to do the kneading that causes her hands pain.

This item sucks the paddle keeps jumping of the stem the coating on the paddle is coming off I tried to put paddle back on but the dough had gotten in to the hole it was easier and quicker to finish the dough by hand
