Good one, good looking and good pic quality. Packing of the product is not such good. Amazon not use box packing for their products this end product in poly bags due to this many times in transit products are damage. My outer box of the product is not such good as expected from such a big giant company. Let's talk about this camera very easy to setup I use POE switch 2 power the device. Picture quality is good. One thing here note here that company has changed the outer look of the camera. Nice look awesome. Easy to Wall mount. Now this camera support technology that reduce storage with high quality of picture. So you can not need higher capacity of hard drive. this camera only works with hikvision NVR and DVR. If any NVR support third party camera app then buy it. Pictures in night also clear. Good looking camera. Power function of this camera is also good. Hikvision online view are also good.

But i must say what is good in this ( Best heavy built quality, h.265 video format , built-in memory card slot, ok night vision, cost effective lowest cost ) can't talk about tech support coz i have not contacted to tec h support. A good product. Price is also decent. Though received a newer model of this one, works fantastically. I ordered 2 of them, and connected to a PoE switch (TP-Link).Night vision has a good range. Full HD at 30 fps is butter smooth. I did not use an NVR but used a Raspberry Pi as a recording medium (as this product has a remote recording through IP as an option).HiDDNS from Hikvision is an awesome DNS service which does not require the need for static ip.Setup was just plug and play, using CAT 6 cables. If you are using 2 of these, I recommend going for 10 Mbps internet connection (Optic Fibre) for streaming remotely.I am using this product for a year and faced no issues. One of the best IP camera in an affordable range.

I have Hikvision DS-7616Ni-E2 6 Channel NVR, in which already 13 Cameras are working well. now I thought that I should add two more to this NVR. This Camera successful. It shows the video very well. It shows the Video well . but when I want to see the video in full screen a message shows that "Unsupported stream type". please send me its solution.

I have installed almost 6 cameras . Its very straight forward and quality of camera itself is great.Video quality in day and night is really fantastic. It has H265+, which optimises the storage space approx 30% which is also a great feature.Nothing to complaint.Only thing the image shown in the ad and the product I got is different. I think the image in the ad needs to be updated. I got the updated version camera and the image is old version, so i'm happy.

The product delivered and ordered was different, its not as mentioned in the product page, it does have night vision..It's working well and the image is good

Good product, easy to setup and install with an NVR. Had a problem with settings up the wi-fi buy work well with cat6 cable.
