This product has an analogue dial so what is the wi-fi capability?

It's a basic cylinder thermostat. It doesn't have a wi-fi capability and I can't see what the purpose would be if it did. To be clear, it is a switch that breaks the electrical supply when the water in the cylinder has reached the desired temperature. Wi-fi control is usually provided by a smart programmer.

Is this equivalent to a landis & gyr cylinder thermostat that looks very similar?

All the makes are very similar, all do the same job and are wired the same Should be fine as a replacement

I have my central heating running off a back boiler. I need a stat to switch on the pump at low temp and off when the fire goes out (lower temp). Do you sell such a stat

I use one of these to do just that, when the water temp reaches the set temp it turns on the pump, then later when fire goes out and water cools it turns off
