A chef in Bali recommended this to me and I know why!
This one was recommended to me by a chef in Bali for what the locals all know to be the best to make authentic Sambal and it is potent! Definitely has flavor and smells like it should.

Love it!!!!
Took a while to get it since it is shipped from Indonesia. A little expensive but the taste is good. I have used to make sambal terasi/belacan. I love that it is portion enough for one serving of sambal. If I cook with it, I will have to use 2 portions. Overall I love it. Easy to use and perfect to bring when we are traveling and during camping trip.
