This is a good quality product for the price. It mixes really well and has a good nutritional balance, it has a great taste too.

Excellent intra-workout drink.Contains electrolytes to replace minerals we lose through sweating, Branch chain amino acids, glutamine, citrulline & vitamin B6.Good ratio of sodium & potassium minerals.Good Quantity and ratio of branch chain amino acids to speed muscle synthesis.Glutamine to aid in recovery.Citrulline malate to help with the pump.The minerals are bound to Citrate molecule which has better absorption than cheaper oxide bound minerals.No sugars in this intra workout. So good for people controlling sugar levels (ketogenic diet)32 servings per tub with a full scoop serving. I use half a scoop in 500ml of water so I get 64 servings ( 2 months supply)Available in several different flavours. Can be a little too sweet with full scoop, hence why I use half scoop.

The product tastes great but I’m reasonably sure it brought my face out in a Rosacea-like rash. Nothing seemed to stop the rash, until I stopped using this BCAA. It’s got quite a gnarly list of additives so I suspect one of them was the culprit. I’m not 100% sure as with anything like this, but am probably 90% sure! As I recall, I also developed the rash quite soon after starting to take it.Other people might not have a similar experience obviously, and it really does taste lovely, but a word of warning in case….!

After using another BCAA supplement that is no longer available, I found this one.Turns out it is better than my go to one.I got the Fruit Burst flavour and it's really nice.Amino Acid levels are good, better than my other one, plus it has added vitamin and minerals that my other one didn't include.1 scoop with 500ml water in a shaker bottle, dissolves pretty well, but I use it whilst training so am constantly shaking it anyway.Can't comment on its effectiveness as I've only started using it.Overall very pleased with it and will continue to get this one for the foreseeable future.

Tastes nice, refreshing during workout. I think it helps with recovery aches and pains

It takes a few sips to get used to the saltiness and artificial flavour but it does the job, I feel less thirsty after a workout and less achy and sore after drinking this.
