Tasty easy to use product
Very tasty makes a lovely korma

I consider them XLNT.
Simple to use, I do it slightly differently, (shock horror from Mrs or Mr Patak’s) but it’s still great. I add onion, then 2 pots, then some hot water, all the veg for a mixed veg, mild Korma type dish. Add tomato purée etc. and cornflour to thicken to taste.. This makes about 4 big plastic pots (the normal take-away sized pots.) of a mixed curry type sauce. Similar to the veg curry that comes with a Biriani. I am old and Anglo Saxon and my poor Gujarate ‘daughter by marriage,’ would probably a fit! But the point being they, are flexible and the flavour is excellent. I do follow the recipe sometimes. Again XLNT.
