It was missing the blocks to attach the arch to the base. Otherwise it's nice. Update: customer service was very responsive and shipped a replacement quickly.

This product not only was late but it came in a damage package. Of course it was not a surprise that the product was broken. See pictures. If you are thinking about buying this just DO NOT. Do not waste your time waiting and then getting a broken item. I wish someone would have left this comment before I purchased.

I had some issues while assembling it but customer service was quick and ensured It was sorted it.

I really like the design of this arch, the hexagon shape makes it much more eye-catching. The base color goes with all the decor and the instructions are clear with diagrams. The size is just right for it to be used for photos. Highly recommend it.

This product was terrible quality. I put it together and it was great. Tried to use it for a baby shower and the wood snapped a day after I was eligible to return!

This was a really cool piece. We decorated it with some flowers and balloons and in the end it looked really beautiful. It's not exactly the sturdiest, but it was fairly easy to build and as long as you are careful with it, it works just fine. It's also made to be light so you can easily carry it, so that's one of the reasons it's not the sturdiest. But, again, in the end it looked beautiful and really enhanced our wedding decor!

The wood is soo cheap and flimsy. Not worth the price.

Loved this arch a lot, not hard to assemble after we had the boards down correctly. The heptagon and hexagon are same as displayed. It's solid wood and stable.
