Voltas 0.75 Ton 2 Star Window AC (Copper 102 EZQ White)

Reviewing after using one month....1. CONDITIONS : I'm using in room with uncovered roof but three sides covered on a 2nd floor.2. FITMENT : It is fitted without any stabilizer and in a overhead window. In a mid size room of L12.8ft × B 9.4ft × H 9.11ft.3. USAGE : It is a bedroom of 2 kids. We are usually using this during full night 8pm to10am after that at the time of afternoon 12:30pm to 5pm many of the time whole family spends time there only.4. WORKING : It cools the room very quickly & we run this at a moderate temperature level and low fan speed. It works surprisingly with it's cooling capacity... it quickly cools and then cuts of .... Works consistently and Never given us time to think about it's size..... Even I have 2 other AC's of big size and capacity but it is really make me happy with it's performance. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So let me give a walk through for the people confused about purchasing this AC or not.Product quality is good. It's enough for 10×10 room size even. Not much sound which were earlier used to get produced by old Voltas ACs.Cooling is quite impressive. Almost all the features and functiins available including Sleep Mode, Timer, Turbo cool. In this price range their is no other product which can compete this product.Worst thing I didn't like about the product is the absence of back grill over fins which is really a necessary part for safety purpose.About the energy efficiency, couldn't say anything yet as it's been 3 days after installation, I am writing this review. Well its 2 star and seeing the price range it's fine.Guys you can go for it if you are looking for good product under this price range.Also, the installation guys came on same day of delivery of the product.

Got the AC within 48 hours of order and the installation was done within 24 hours by Voltas professionals. About the AC does its job. Mine is a 9*9 room. Takes 10-15 minutes to cool the room. The Window ACs are very underrated in India. Actually window ACs are cost effective as compared to Split AC both in terms of Capital Cost and maintenance.Had to alter the Sliding window and cut the grill which costed me 3500.So overall cost is 17000+3500+ 590 for Voltas installation =21090.Just a split AC will cost more than this and the installation charges might cost over 1500 .The AC is not noisy but it might happen if the AC frame is not strong. Make sure to add wood to the aluminium frame.

My experience was very good regarding purchase of this AC from Amazon-1. Perfect on time delivery by Amazon.2. Got a good exchange price for my old AC. Exchange was easy and quick without any issues.3. Voltas professional team visited the same day for installation (within 2-3 hrs).4. Voltas team was very professional and experienced. They installed the AC, plugged the excess space using thermocol and tape and even changed the electrical plug (I had a different type of socket in that area).Totally excellent experience overall. 2-3 years back, I used to be afraid of ordering large electronic items online but Amazon has proved that it is better than any other offline shop.

This AC feels too feeble in front of summer here in Punjab.It brings down room temperature from 35 to 28 degrees in 1.5 hrs & keeps on running all night to maintain it upto 28.Also there was no service engineer available for AC installation, too bad customer service.I got it installed on my own and have no idea if it voids the warranty.My room is just 12*10 ft & this AC struggles real hard to cool it down.I don't think it can further survive rainy season with 40 degrees as humidity control is not great.I bought it from saving point of view but I guess I was wrong in doing so..Thank you.

I just got delivered the Voltas Window AC. I immediately got a call from Voltas service centre and they demanded 599 for installation. I said, if they can do all the masonry work and carpentry work, it is ok. They said, no, it is seperate. it is only technician who will come and for that you will have to pay Rs 599. I said, for inspection why should I pay. I also said, I have my own carpenter and Mason to get it fixed. Ask your men to verify if it is ok. But why should I pay. But the caller demanded, money and said, the warranty will be void if it is installed by third pary and she said, she is cancelling the installation and I said, I said, I will go to consumer court, she said, you can very well do and disconnected the call.

AdvantageIt is good for small area or room. Cooling is nice.less power consumption.low noise level.DisadvantageAC condenser ( windows coil) is made of cooper so not good for the area where factories are nearby their emitting chemical gas can destroy to coil within 6 months. it would be good if condenser ( coil) is made of aluminium.

The seller has a very positive attitude, the AC was delivered with broken grill behind (during delivery it seems) and seller was very patient when i made the return request, seller (someone from Delhi) was genuinely concerned, and said he can change the AC due to this but if i can get this minor fix at my end, it's better as this won't affect the machine or any feature. He mentioned it will take another week and bit hectic process but he will do it. He was genuine and correct.I got it fixed in 100 rs. and its working fine.
