The doors arrived in a small box and required some assembly, but it was pretty easy to put everything together. I hope they last, but so far, they seem sturdy enough. I wish they were made of wood, but they appear to be a lightweight material that might chip over time. For the price, it's a good deal. I love the glass panels, especially since they are frosted and provide privacy while still letting light through. Instead of traditional barn doors, I used these as pocket doors for my bathroom, and they work perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with them and plan to keep purchasing more!

I bought 2 doors - a 50" and a 28". Shipping damage on the 28" door - one of the vertical pieces was broken in half! I asked for returning it, but they asked if they could send replacement parts instead. I got the new piece VERY quickly. Another issue was that two of the horizontal pieces were missing their threaded inserts, and they mailed them to me Very quickly again! VERY good correspondence.The quality of the doors is also very good. Easy to put together with a helper. I wouldn't try this alone, unless I was a hermit. Kind of scary with those glass panels while it still doesn't have the other vertical piece in-place, but with a helper, not so bad. 16 screws to assemble each door with the supplied allen wrench.One thing. The bottom edge needs a groove in it for the guide bracket that's attached to the floor. The instructions say to use a chain saw, LOL!! No way!! We used a portable table saw. I don't know why they didn't machine that groove, there's no reason why they couldn't.The wood is good wood, not particle or beaver wood. I also like the white covering. It's durable and pleasing to look at and to feel.Nice hardware, except that it's black. We plan on spray painting it all with a spray paint that's supposed to give it a stainless steel look. Wish us luck!

I thought these doors were wood. However, they are covered with some sort of plastic that cannot be removed. They’re made of. Pressed wood or something. The ad says that they can be painted but does not specify what type of paint they can be painted with. I first started painting with latex and it just peeled right off. I had to purchase an oil based primer and oil based paint and I’m hoping that might work. Buyer beware! These doors are not well-made and I am so disappointed I would give them no stars if I could. I may end up having to just throw them in the trash and ordering wood doors custom-made. Again, as I said, these are not well-made and if you want a certain look, you might not get they’ll look that you want. I’m hoping that after all that I’ve gone through with these doors the paint will stay on. Always hopeful!

I was pleasantly surprised by this door—it has an upscale, expensive look despite being budget-friendly. The dimensions were exactly as described, and it functions as intended.That said, assembly isn’t beginner-friendly. The included tools (basic Allen keys) aren’t enough, especially for the metal components. Assembling the top metal track requires a bit of skill and patience. I’d recommend having at least a handyman-level skill set or some help to install it properly.A minor issue: a few of the joints on the crosspieces aren’t perfectly flush, but it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t affect functionality.Overall, I really like the door. It’s been a stylish and practical addition to our kitchen pantry and works flawlessly.

The media could not be loaded. This sliding barn door was the perfect solution to my problem. My apartment has extra wide doors . When the door to the bathroom was open it blocked the entrance into the kitchen. I took the door off and installed this barn door and it solved the problem plus the door looks fantastic. It has frosted glass panels and I like the ambiance it creates with the light. I assembled it myself, I put the foot together the first day. It can be painted but I like the white color it came in. Installing the rail and hardware was a little bit of a challenge mainly because I didn’t have good tools to install with. I was impressed because in the assembly instructions it gave you the exact formulas to know excacly how far from the floor to install the top of the rail so it would hang at the perfect height not to drag on the floor. I have received many compliments and several other tenants in my building have installed this door as well. Great look at a relatives low cost.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We needed a door to section our from our bedroom to the vanity/closet/bathtub/shower/toilet area. This was perfect. Customer Service was ON POINT! Why? Because when item was shipped -- many of the panels were damaged. I opted to return it only because again most of the panels was damanged. However, Seller reached out to me and said, "Hey can you go online and send us the photos of all the damaged parts?" I did. What did they do? They sent me the missing screws/bolts (must had fell out during shipping) because box was severely damaged when it arrived on my porch, they replaced all the damage panels and send instructions - given those too were missing. So in the end? Yes, I got my Barn Door. Do I love it? Yes I do!!! and Customer Service -- IS AMAZING!!! Thank you for the quick responses and shipping all the correct panels to replace the damaged ones!! You guys rock!!!!

Rail and wheels are good. Hardware for rail, particularly the sheetrock anchors for the lag bolts, are absolute trash. I had to drive to Lowes and procure different hardware to mount the rail. Each piece of wood is covered on both sides with thin plastic that wrips as you try to remove it. Have fun with that. Instructions are terrible, you will need to rely on your intuition to assemble it. One of the instructions literally says "use a chainsaw to cut a slit in the bottom of the door". I dont recommend that. Functional for a kids room if you can get it assembled, plan on 3 hours and be pleased with yourself if its faster.

Nice looking, easy to put together, very functional, glides easily. You will need two people to install as it’s a heavy door
