It took about 3 months of daily 1 capsule daily, but omg this stuff really does work. I’ve tried so many things because I’m 62 and have thinning hair. I took it everyday for 6 months and my hair was fuller, and when I brushed, very little hair was in the brush. I ran out and didn’t order for 2 months, and I noticed more and more hair in the brush. As with any supplement, it can take months before I'll know if it's really working for me, so this review is unfortunately not going to focus on results. I am still on my first bottle of this supplement, so it's a bit too soon to tell.What I can say is that the capsules for this supplement are tiny and very easy to take. They are easy to swallow and never leave me with that feeling of something being stuck in my throat. They are odorless and tasteless, which is a huge plus in my book.The bottle comes as a thirty day supply and has a boatload of Biotin in each single capsule (10,000 mcg). It also includes Lustriva, which is supposed to be great for hair grown and thickening.It's worth noting that the bottle that these come in is WAY too large for what's inside, comically so. It's not a huge bottle, but the capsules are so small that the entire 30 pieces basically sit in 1.5 layers on the bottom, leaving tons of extra space above. This isn't really a pro or con of the product itself, but rather just a waste of plastic, as the bottle could be significantly smaller and still hold the same amount of capsules.I do intend to continue using this supplement however, as I want to see if I experience positive results. I have not had any side effects thus far, and I am eager to see where things are at a few months from now.

Plus, I mean, who doesn't want nice hair and skin? Even if… even if it’s short notice. These pills are doing that. So, five stars. Five stars for making me look like I’m not an absolute mess on the inside. Even if I am.

I took these for 30 days. Almost everyone of my fingernails broke. I will definitely not order again.

I've had an incredibly stressful few years and am older and noticed more hair falling out and greying. I started taking these and I think it's helping so far! I haven't been taking it long enough to say that definitively. I've also been trying a few things so I'm not 100% certain it's these pills but I think it is. I like to take 5000mg of Biotin daily. Biotin is vitamin B7. Supposedly Biotin, supports many parts of your body like your hair, and skin. I've got hair problems. So, I was looking around on Amazon and came across these. I had to read up on what Lustriva was. Apparently it is a patented blend of Bonded Arginine Silicate and Magnesium Biotinate that work together to promote healthier hair and skin. I figured I'd give them a try. They arrived quickly in a standard Amazon bubble mailer. It's a standard bottle with decent branding. Label was clear and concise. It was instantly noticeable how light the bottle was. I popped them open. It had no smell or if anything not noticeable. And...wow these pills are tiny. They may be the tiniest pills I have seen. It's hard to tell in a short period of time if something is working but these are easy to take. I'll try them for a few months and see what happens
