Highly disappointed as I have much less priced chairs which I have been using without any such problem for years. The wheel ,with in purchase of 4 months , did not come out but welding broke down . One do not expect this type of quality at such a high price. Had it been bolted, it would have been easy to replace which is generally the case with wheeled chairs . Now in non availability of a welder(difficult to locate in metro ) , it is lying in the storeroom as the price being asked for repair is too high by one welder. A highly bad experience and a very inferior quality product . Do not know what to do except writing a review to warn other potential buyers . Updated Review on June 10, 2021. Unexpectedly, I had a pleasant surprise 2 days ago when I received a call from the company to send their technician to repair the chair at my home . Today i.e. 10th June,2021 ,the technician visited my home and changed the wheel and profusely apologised for the inconvenience caused . The chair is comfortable and ergonomic . I am satisfied now with the services provided . I recommend the product and delete my earlier view .

Received the product promptly. External Packing is very good. Internal Packing is very bad. The Cartoon box is small to accommodate the Chair. All the Components are cramped in the box tightly. First Positives.. 1) Installation was done next day. Prompt service. 2) Seat Cushion is very good. Neither soft are hard. Perfect. 3) The backrest contour is good. Support for the back is very excellent. With the net design no more sweating 4) Tilting Mechanism can be adjusted for soft or hard. 5) Seat Height adjustable upto 2 inches. In the lowest position, I am able to place my feet perfectly on ground. 6) Chair is heavy. Needs a slight push to move around 7) Adjustment lever is strudy. 8) Lumber support is good. 8) Only a wet cloth is sufficient to clean the chair once in a month to keep it dust free Now Negatives. 1) The internal packaging is very tight and components are cramped. 2) The seat base below is stapled with a cloth which was slightly torn. Partially covered once the seat was fixed. 3) Adjustment Lever had scratches without any protective packaging 4) There is a plastic cover with chrome below which covers the seat arms (five arms holding the wheels). Finishing is not smooth. The Chair is good buy. But Company should take care in packing the components properly and also ensure that there are no scratches / damages to components. Except the Plastic Cover (One with chrome), slightly torn seat below and scratches on the adjustment lever, other components quality of the Chair is good. Anybody buying the Chair, please open the box and inspect the components immediately once the delivery is taken. Hope Amazon and the Seller takes the feedback seriously.

I’ve been using this chair for last 6 months. In terms of quality, looks and comfort I think it is a decent char in 5k budget. It comes disassembled and needs to be assembled by us, which is relatively easy. Cons: The cloth quality is not great for summers, in case I’d have seen this in store, I would not have bought it. The contour on handles is useless rather discomforting. Handrests are fixed. Another important point I’d like to share is that the swing mechanism the chair broke within 6 months. However, I got in touch with there Customer care number via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved within 3 working days. I was sent the new mechanism with additional cost as the chair comes with 1 year warranty. Overall, I am happy with the service but not with the product.

Hi all, I purchased this item after going through all the reviews. There were some negative reviews regarding the manufacturing defects and damages from handling and shipping. In spite of this, I went ahead and placed my order for 2 chairs. But finally when I received the items and assembled it, I was satisfied fully with the product for the price point. Though there were some issues with bolting or assembling the chair but I find it worth for the price point these chairs are offered...Also, I received these chairs 2 days before the expected arrival date...Note that, I have order 2 more chairs for my office now and would recommend others to buy it without any issues ****Great job by Amazon and Apex industries. Keep up the good work.

Bought it based on reading reviews. Received yesterday with lots of damages. 1) The chair is easy to assemble in 20mins! After assembly, shocked to find the back rest in tilted (left) position - it is not horizontal to ground position (see photo). 2) The screw holding the control mechanism was bent, so fitting the control mechanism was a problem. 3) The back rest locking mechanism does not work despite many attempts 4) The seat tilting - tightening knob doesn't seem to work. Despite in max position, still the backrest is not tight but found easy to tilt which makes it uneasy to use 5) found damages on the arm rest & the back rest (bad i can't upload more photos. Amazon allows only one photo upload) Overall this chair will be a great buy, only if the supplier will do a good quality check before despatching. This chair is wonderful at Rs.3100/-. Now i am giving only 1 star. I promise to review again, once the supplier will offer a solution by replacing with a defect free chair ! I still like this chair !!

I would never recommend this chair after what I received. It has too many issues. Its a low quality product that no one deserves. Also, you cannot return it since they have a ten day return policy and by the time you receive it the 10 days period has already been reached. (1) The seat was supposed to be new but it was very dirty when I took it out from the packet as you can see in uploaded image. (2) The images of the chair on amazon page clearly mentioned that it has a tilt mechanism because of which I bought it, but it's tilt mechanism never works. (3) It gives out a strong odor like that of car garage oil. Sorry, I wouldn't like to smell car garage oil in my office or home. (4) Its very uncomfortable since the bottom of the seat is not horizontally aligned but slightly sloping down. I feel like I am going to slide down when I sit on it. UPDATE I am increasing the rating because their customer service is too good. They resolved all my issues promptly without any extra charges. I think the customer experience is above all.

Excellent chair in this price range. I bought it in lightning deal. I am completely satisfied with this chair. Chair material and packaging is also good. And yes back tilt option is not available as shown in the image. it remains in the same straight position. I am still keeping it as back tilt is not much required for me. only for this reason i gave 4 stars. only issue is I got little confused while assembling the chair but finally assembled it. Also the armrest don't have soft pad cushions. so while working on my pc I feel pain in my elbow bones. for that I have to put something soft material on armrest otherwise it is fine. thus arm rest is ok for relax seating but not while working where continuous hand movement is required. The chair package is heavy. So, I requested delivery person to come home with me as it was heavy enough for me to carry alone. But, delivery person was not helpful. He just ran away saying he has some other parcels to deliver. It was a very bad delivery experience. I dont know whether amazon delivery person comes to home or not. But atleast he can help the customer as I was there with him to carry the chair. There was no one to help me to carry it, so finally i called my father who is a sinior citizen who just had his night shift and was sleeping. so I request anyone who buy heavy product from amazon, please be assured there is someone to help you to carry the product to your home. As delivery person might reject your request for help or he may be in hurry to deliver some other parcel. Important : the height adjustment rod can be pushed in and out. when pushed inside the seat gets locked from front side. when it is out chair leans forward.

The package was delivered ahead of schedule - Good. The chair is comfortable, ergonomic - Good. Padded and folding arms would have added value. When assembling it, I had the following observations: 1. The assembly instructions are sketchy at best. As I has assembled a similar office chair in the USA earlier, I managed to complete the assembly. 2. The polythene cover on fabric of the seat was STAPLED to the wooden underside of the seat. Whilst removing the polythene covers, some of these staples came out and posed an injury hazard. 3. The underside of the seat was dirty - no care taken to clean the components after manufacture and before packing 4. The edges of the back fixing mounts, where they are to be fixed to the base, are rough, poorly molded and finished. The holes didn't align with the pre-drilled holes in the base. I had to complete the assembly without fixing 1 of the mounting bolts. 5. The head of one of the mounting bolts SNAPPED (!) when I tightened it, leaving the bolt inside the base. Now there is no way I can take that snapped bolt out. A couple of the spare bolts were rusted.
