I picked up the Glorious Lynx Unlubed Linear Switches (36-pack) for a custom keyboard build, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite linears on the market.Pros:Smooth Out of the Box: Even unlubed, the switches feel remarkably smooth with minimal scratchiness.Consistent Build Quality: No wobbly stems or uneven resistance — every switch feels identical, which is rare at this price point.Great Sound Profile: A soft, “thocky” bottom-out sound that’s super satisfying — not too loud, but not silent either.Custom-Friendly: Being unlubed gives you full control to tune the feel exactly how you want with your own lubing preferences.Premium Materials: The transparent housing and polished stems give them a very premium look and feel.Cons:Requires Lubing for Peak Performance: While great stock, lubing them really unlocks their full potential — something to consider if you’re not into switch modding.Slightly Higher Price per Switch: Not the cheapest linears, but the performance and feel justify the cost.Use Case:Ideal for both gaming and typing. I’ve used these in a 65% custom board, and they’re responsive without being fatiguing over long sessions. The only problem with this product is its price, and if you get them unlubed like every other switch comes, they are a lot more reasonable. So I'm glad they started selling them this way. I can take a half hour and save $36+ when I would be lubing the factory lubed ones a bit anyways. I wish they would just sell them prelubed for the $24/pack price. They're already making you buy a lot of switches at once.But again, they are some of the best quality on the market. You may want to look elsewhere if optical technology or long stem / short actuation switches interest you for gaming. These do not bring that level of response time, but the feeling of typing and gaming on them is unmatched.

I like them. Although this is my first custom keyboard build..but I think they feel smooth. I did lube them.

Love these switches! Got them to have a more silent keyboard when working and for gaming. Would highly recommend if you want a switch like red switches.

So Far So Good

On my old GMMK keyboard, I replaced the main keyboard and function keys. Compared to the Gateron Brown switches they replaced there is much less key wobble, slightly more resistance at the start, less during the stroke, and super smooth feel for an unlubricated switch. The closest to these are the Kailh Speed Silver switches, but without the early activation. Very pleasant overall. The case of the switch lets LED lights through pretty much unchanged in spite of the color.
