Great Standard 50lb kit
This kit was a great value for the money. It fit perfectly. I did have to do a little YouTube before installing because I wasn’t going to pay $300 for installation. So my problem was my was hot water wasn’t lasting long and the warm side exit pipe was cold most times. I assumed it was a thermostat or element issue. The hardest part of this was removing the elements. The tool is good but make sure not to strip the tool. Apply pressure while listening. I had to tighten and loosen quite a few times to get them loose. If you loosen to hard, it will round off the inside of the socket. I did look inside the bottom element hole to see how much sediment was inside. Luckily I released the pressure valve while draining to get all water out. So very little sediment was present. The bottom element looked more worn. So I just replaced both. I plan on draining the tank every 5 months since I live in the city for sediment. The thermostats where pretty easy. I took a picture of them before and referred back. I used a screw driver to loosen them while lifting up. Just make sure all power is off before doing anything. The thermostats are pre set. I bumped mine up a hair. After everything was double checked, I filled the tank with the water faucet on for air release, and turned on the power. Took about 15 minutes to get all the air out of the lines. My tank warmed back up in exactly one hour.UPDATE:15 days later, The thermostat is faulty and has quit functioning. Buy elsewhere

They shouldn't be allowed to give this away for free
The upper thermostat is bad out of the box. The lower thermostat literally BROKE IN HALF while trying to clip on the plastic cover. This seller should be banned from selling this crap.

Defective Upper Thermostat
I installed the new upper thermostat according to the instructions, but it caught fire at the upper thermostat. The wiring was correctly set up on both ends. Ultimately, I had to replace everything with OEM products.
