Granddaughter was so excited! Very well packaged.

I sent this directly to my granddaughter before her birthday. She was so excited and carried it everywhere.

My eight-year-old daughter loves crafts and making things, but she has a short attention span. It's hard to keep her from jumping from idea to idea to idea to idea to idea!! But this activity booklet kept her occupied for a whole afternoon. And she still had more to do a couple of other times.It wasn't the most well-constructed. When one of the tiny gems fell in the crack under the plastic supply holder, the whole thing popped off (see third picture), and I could see the hot glue that was unevenly applied underneath.The case the booklet and holder came in was cute though, and made it handy for use in the car.I also liked how the gem art part of it was designed. Unlike true gem art kits, which require thousands of gems to complete a picture, this pared down version worked well for a wiggly kid. You just peeled off a clear layer, revealing adhesive strips on the picture where you could then stick gems using the included tool. I have an example of one my daughter completed in the photos. I also included an example of the makeup pictures.Ultimately, this was a cute fun activity for a girly-girl to enjoy! It would make a cute gift too. I really hope there are more like this with different pictures and subjects!

The box is pretty but not as neat as some makeup color powder already spilled out. Considering the makeup color quantity and pretty accessories, with the price asked, it is a pretty good deal for little girls to play for a while with all the fun in this package. The cute accessories are a big love by girls, as fancy and shiny.

This is such a fun kit for girls! I had one and had to get another one for another grandchild - they loved it that much! There is makeup in here to apply to photos, stickers, gems to put on pictures, etc. It's just loaded with activities to keep a girl busy for a long time.
