Couldn't even use most of it
I couldn't even use most of the items in this package. All of the blue balloons popped as I blew them up. And there were minimal instructions for the pom poms and none for the tassels. I didn't use the tassels because of this. And I only had white and purple balloons, which messed up my color scheme.
