Great product awful packing
It's very cute a big plush toy, got it as a gift for my niece and she loved it. The toy is very pretty very huggable a good buy. I was very disappointed with the packing the item is 18' and it was packed in a 12' box, the necked had to be folded so when it came out from the box the neck could not be put up right, it was a gift for a birthday party so I kept it and, fix it as much as icould because she did not want to let it go and, it was her birthday and she does not live close to me. The plush toy is great she loves it even with the head going a bit sideways.
