Really good quality!!
This is a great looking model with easy pull-out bin & overheat indicator. Looks very elegant & adds to the interior of my office. Infact, I had put 12 sheets and still the machine shred them without any hassle. Any other machine would have jammed. This shows quality is truly amazing. Definitely recommend.

Good product. Compact. Works well, as promised. Haven’t tried overloading it, though. I think it will last a while.

It prints nice & clear
Surprising value for the price. It works as described. It prints nice & clear. Easy to use and handy comes with a free ink refill and label stickers also. Just loved it. Quality looks very durable…go for it.

Dirty & Used
Box was damaged. Product came dirty with paper stuck in the the cutting blades, looked like someone’s used and returned product. Paint was chipped off. Have issued a refund.

Good as of now
Good as of now. However the 2 yrs warranty is valid only for Chennai. As per the enclosed warranty card, it shall be customers responsibility to send the machine to Chennai to avail the warranty.

Very delicate. Stopped working in spite of occasional usage.
Had a bad experience. In spite of occasional usage say once in a month it stopped working within 23 months.Bad experience. Not worth purchasing. Had purchased it for Rs 3999.
