Love this. Great for a primal, paleo, keto diet.

Since tallow seems to be coming back into favor I decided to try this one. It's healthier than seed oils, supposedly. I've used it twice, both times for frying potatoes, and like the flavor and ease of use.

Here's an unexpected confession: I originally bought this beef tallow to use as a facial moisturizer after seeing clips about tallow's skincare benefits. My advice? Don't. It's partially liquid at room temperature (I live in Florida — nothing is solid at room temp here), making it messy to apply, and it smells unmistakably like meat. I'd recommend looking for a whipped or specially processed tallow cream if you want to experiment with tallow-based skincare.Once I gave up on the skincare idea, I started using it for its intended purpose: cooking—and wow, it shines there. This tallow made my oven-roasted brussels sprouts extra crispy and flavorful. I also rubbed it on chicken thighs before roasting, which gave them a beautifully browned, golden crust, even though they were skinless.I now keep it in the fridge, where it solidifies and is much easier to portion. My only critique is the packaging. I'd prefer it in a glass container rather than plastic.If you're looking for high-quality cooking fat, this is excellent. Just maybe stick to its culinary uses, and don't try to rub it on your face.

The tallow looks great but I would not purchase again unless the jar was switched to glass. The lid was not sealed when it arrived. Luckily there was no spillage but I would not take the chance ordering again. There’s a reason why you never see metal lids on plastic jars, they don’t work.

Ordered this to make my own beef tallow moisturizer. Was simple to do, I prefer the whipped moisturizer, took no time at all to make. The best part is I can add whatever oils and scent that I prefer. This product makes my skin so soft! It's not greasy at all. Love it!!!

Very nice to cook with however if refrigerated it will be like trying to chip concrete so I store it on the counter and will monitor for freshness.
