Ancestral Supplements Bone Broth Protein Powder, Vanilla, 30 Servings

I start every day with this protein powder. I can’t have dairy, so whey powders are not for me. Vegan protein powders tend to be hard on my digestion and don’t stabilize my blood sugar as well as animal proteins. It’s really really hard to find protein powders that don’t contain whey, soy, or pea protein. This stuff is made with only quality nutritional ingredients. And it tastes great!! I put it in a blender with ice and coconut cream every day (and I add a bunch of other nutritional powders). Blends up great. If you let it set a bit the whole thing will gel up—that’s how you know there’s real collagen in it! Beautiful! Does not blend well without using a blender. I only wish the price were more affordable, but it’s not unreasonable for the nutritional value.

Previously I had thought this protein powder was way too sweet and gave it a 3 star rating for this. However, after daily use for a month I have learned to actually like the flavor. I kind of prefer my yogurt with this in it now. I mix this, colostrum, maca root powder, ground flaxseed, lupin flakes, and a little granola to my yogurt daily. It’s been amazing having this for my morning routine! (I tried to mix this with milk a few times and it turned to foam and was difficult to drink. I would recommend trying it in plain yogurt for a better texture)

Great taste, not gritty. Quality ingredients. I am going to try the chocolate next order.

Almost broke my foot running to leave a review! You guys!!! This stuff is absolutely delicious. I got the vanilla flavor. I don't eat meat and I am anemic,apparently have some hormonal issues too. So on the advise of my Chinese medicine doctor I agreed to at least up my protein from a trully bioavailable source such as organ meat. I'm have a slight ethical battle in my head about it as I sip on this, but my god it is so delicious. Yes, quite sweet but I have a constant craving for sugar ( because low energy) and will be drinking this on most afternoons at work when I'm about to pass out on the floor because i feel that tired. Absolutely delicious, not grainy at all, mixed well and can't taste anything but the vanilla and matcha. I made it with low pasturized milk, matcha powder and ice cubes, it is a true treat! The cost is hefty but I think it will be worth it!

This is a great protein powder. It tastes good but is a little difficult to mix in even with hot water and a handheld frother (doesn’t dissolve that easily). It mixes better in a smoothie. The mushrooms caused a diuretic effect on me and was in the bathroom every 30 minutes to an hour. When eaten with more solids, there is less of a diuretic effect. It eventually caused diarrhea, and after I stopped using the protein, that got better. Everyone’s body will react differently. I recommend starting with a half scoop and working your way up to 1 scoop. I love Ancestral Supplements and I use a lot of their supplements. I’m a bit bummed that I can no longer use this product (and past the return window of an unopened bag). I would say it’s a little pricier than most protein products, but the content benefits make it worth the price.

First off, I love this brand and have 4 other pill supplements from them. Which I highly recommend! This protein powder has awesome ingredients. Unfortunately, it is way too sweet! I wish you offered sample packets because $75 for one drink is expensive. Please consider making one with no monk fruit or no sweetener at all. I love your other supplements though.

One word -- satisfying. This stuff is incredible. I've ordered more. Read the ingredient list. Clean and smart. It blends smoothly and I feel full all morning.

We have been using a different brand all year of grassfed protein powder that’s unsweetened and high quality. We loved it BUT to save a bit of money tried this. Saw all the input about being too sweet (WE AGREE!!) and an artificial taste…we agree again! If I could give zero stars, I would this product contains “hidden” maltodextrin under the label natural ingredients which is legal to do but not ethical, which is a gut disruptor and is terrible for your body. If you’re taking this and gaining weight that’s why if you’re taking this and having stomach issues that’s why! please remove this ingredient!!! Ancestral Supplements, I’m yet another person asking for an UNFLAVORED, UNSWEETENED OPTION. Please consider this. In the meantime, we will not be purchasing this again until it’s an option. Bummer.
