It came with a complete set of tools. I didn’t need to use extra ones. I followed a YouTube video because it comes with written instructions and I do better with a video. The screen works perfectly! It also comes with a screen protector. Now my phone’s touch screen works as it’s supposed to! Brightness and sound are good. It even takes good pictures! I’ll definitely buy this for future phone repairs.

I have never fixed a phone screen before. My dad asked me to fix his and there were a ton of great reviews for this product from people who also had never done it before.The product worked well and exactly as intended. I was so pleased that this kit included all of the necessary tools to complete the fix as well as the waterproof adhesive. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. They also suggest watching a youtube video for extra guidance which helped. I will definitely order again if and when I need it.

I successfully replaced the cracked glass on my iPhone 11. This was a challenging repair and required patience. I only used the tools in the except to pull out the speaker from the old glass. For that used a small pair of needle nose pliers. There are many YouTube’s on the repair and I watched several both before and during the repair. The only part that didn’t go as planned was the test step in the middle. The instructions said to turn the phone on to check that it works. The phone did not turn on and nor did it even show the boot up Apple logo. I was worried that the repair failed but completed everything carefully. At the end it booted up and worked perfectly. The sensitivity seems very good and the display is nice and clear.

The screen works as intended. I hope it is long lasting and if not I’d be able to obtain my extended warranty. However, as of now, no problems, easy installation and handy guide and equipment!

I purchased a replacement screen for my Iphone 14 Plus and it was so easy to install and screen functions great. The package came with everything that I needed for the install. Instructions were straightforward but were not as descriptive as I may have liked when it came to explaining how to remove the “glue” which was actually an adhesive strip. I had to scrape it off with an exacto knife because I was fearful of using heat to soften it once I had the phone open. Also, it took quite a while to get the original screen off because I didn’t heat the phone well enough I suppose but I was worried about damage the inside components if I heated it too much. The instructions are not clear about exactly how to point the heat and how much. Be absolutely careful about your screws because they are super tiny. I suggest installing on top of a white surface and far away from an edge or you will otherwise risk dropping one and losing it. Everything you need will be inside and it is pretty easy to install. I only have two small concerns. The new screen is ever so slightly thicker than the original which gives it a very slight protrusion from the case. It will not be such an issue if you keep a case around your phone since the corners will be protected but if you do not, your screen will be more susceptible to cracking if your phone is dropped on a corner since the screen is not flush. Also, the colors of the screen seem a little bit off and dim to me. It is fully functional and doesn’t throw me off enough to be upset with my purchase but it’s one of those nitpicking things I can’t stop seeing. This took me about two hours to install but only because of the glue. Everything else was simple. Price is good for value. Much better than paying 150 to have someone do it. So far the connectivity is good with no issues. Fingers crossed
