Very nice product. Not that heavy. Easy to use. I bought it for my mother. All the new technology might be confusing. Training video is available online. But still if demo was available it would have been easier.

This is too good and suitable for beginners as well. I would recommend if you are looking for a sewing machine.

They never reply back. And no online class included
I emailed them to access the online masterclass but they never replied back. It's been weeks but still waiting for the reply. Machine is good but the marketing gimmick of free class is just pathetic.
