It is Matt, can transform a shiny nailpaint into matt!

Overall the product is great. Gives a non-streak smooth very matte effect. The brush is nice and wide. The only downside and the reason for reducing a star is the delivery. There was bits of thick powder like substance all over the bottle, which I'm suspecting is some of the product that leaked out of the bottle. It came off easily. There was no bubble wrap or even a piece of newspaper to protect the bottle, so there may be chance it may arrive broken if not handled with care. Overall, product is great but would expect more when it comes to handling the product during delivery.

Totally awesome product. The magic of this top coat shade is that this "neutral" nail color can actually mattify any nail color and it works on any brand that u have used as base/primary color. Dries within minutes. The only downside is that this isn't exactly chip proof. Anyhow loved the magic on this one.

Smooth application, no lumps and bumps as it dries, however, the matte effect lasts only a few days and needs to be reapplied.

This is like my 4th or 5th purchase now and I love this item cuz it does what it claims, putting it on bright colours makes the nailpolish look stunningly velvetty texture and the only con I find is the longevity, it does not stay after 3 days, you can re apply it after one swipe of remover, does not chip, light application,
