Both sides offer good grip and allow me to switch between different textures depending on the type of yoga session or floor surface. GuideAlign System: The GuideAlign markings on the mat help me maintain proper form and alignment during my yoga practice. It’s a helpful addition, especially for beginners or anyone looking to improve their posture. Comfortable Thickness: The 5-6mm thickness provides just the right amount of cushioning, making it comfortable for poses that involve the knees and elbows, without being too soft. Non-Slip Grip: The mat’s anti-slip surface ensures that it stays in place even during sweaty or intense sessions. It gives me the confidence to focus on my practice without worrying about slipping. Comes with a Yoga Mat Cover: The included mat cover is a great touch. It makes it easy to store and carry the mat to and from yoga classes or outdoor sessions. Cons: Heavier than Expected: While the thickness is great for comfort, the mat is a bit on the heavier side. It can be a little cumbersome to carry around, especially for those commuting with it. Odor When New: Like many mats, it had a slight rubbery smell when I first unboxed it. It faded after a few days of airing out, but it’s something to be aware of. Price Point: The mat is a bit on the pricier side compared to other options, but the quality and durability make it a worthy investment. Verdict: The TEGO Stance Truly Reversible Yoga Mat is a high-quality, well-designed product that offers excellent grip, comfort, and support. The GuideAlign system is especially useful for improving form. Comfortable for bodyweight and cardio workouts. Almost 0% slip on the floor even with vigorous movements like burpees. Tends to get a little slippery on the top surface if you're a sweat machine. I sometimes slip while holding planks or mountain holds. A bit expensive but has a premium feel and doesn't take damage easily.

One of the best Yoga mat that i have used till date. This is totally anti slip, lets you hold your poses perfectly so that you do not have any fear of fall. The length is also very good , additionally it comes with its own bag too which not only makes it very convenient to carry around from class to travel but also protects your mat from getting dirty. I really wished though the price was much more reasonable. this is expensive at this price point.

I have received the bag, but unfortunately, the product I received is completely different from what I ordered. I was very excited to receive it and opened the package immediately. Initially, I noticed that the colour was different from the one I had ordered, but I was willing to accept that. However, after opening it, I noticed that the material and overall quality are completely different from the product shown. The bag does have the Tego logo, but it does not appear to be an original Tego product. The quality and material make it seem like a duplicate/counterfeit product. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase and would like to request a full refund. Please let me know the process for returning the product and receiving my refund.
