Comfortable for bodyweight and cardio workouts. Almost 0% slip on the floor even with vigorous movements like burpees. Tends to get a little slippery on the top surface if you're a sweat machine. I sometimes slip while holding planks or mountain holds. A bit expensive but has a premium feel and doesn't take damage easily.

One of the best Yoga mat that i have used till date. This is totally anti slip, lets you hold your poses perfectly so that you do not have any fear of fall. The length is also very good , additionally it comes with its own bag too which not only makes it very convenient to carry around from class to travel but also protects your mat from getting dirty. I really wished though the price was much more reasonable. this is expensive at this price point.

I was looking for a mat which can help me with excercise, because I don't do yoga. And this one is the best for all those body weight excercises. The markings help you in maintaining the correct posture. And the carrybag is really good. Really easy to clean, although it slips a bit when wet with sweat. But I don't think that is much of a problem, since we do not do cardio on it. It is a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it.

This mat is NOT anti-slip… the second you sweat your hands and feet will slide all over the mat. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and buy the wiselife for half the price and same experience..
