She explained that there is a finer filter available and immediately offered to send one out to me at no charge. Once I installed the finer filter (which literally took seconds to swap in), it completely solved the issue. Now not a speck of dust escapes – even the super fine silt gets captured. I can actually see the difference: before, I’d occasionally spot a tiny dusting at the bottom if I looked really closely, but now the pool floor stays impeccably clean after each run. Love this robot – total game changer!I’ve been using the Beatbot cordless pool robot for a little while now, and I absolutely love it. The fact that it’s cordless is a huge plus—no more dealing with tangled cables or figuring out how far it can reach. It just goes to work and covers the entire pool really well, including the floor and walls.It’s impressive how thorough it is. I can just drop it in, let it do its thing, and come back to a spotless pool. Super convenient, and it saves me so much time compared to manual cleaning.If you're on the fence about getting a pool robot, I highly recommend this one. It’s been reliable, easy to use, and makes pool maintenance a whole lot easier.

Our biggest negative is that it doesn’t track where it goes. Otherwise it picks up a lot of debris, seems to do a pretty good job. Easy to clean.. it’s a little heavy getting out of the water, but easily pops into the charger. Battery life is about 4 hours.. but have not really tracked the time. It does get hung up in the stairs a lot.

Updating my review to say that Beatbot Support exceeded all expectations.Cleans well. You pretty much get one cleaning per charge. It will not connect to my app despite trying all troubleshooting. When finished cleaning it will park itself at the wall but it doesn't stay there very long. So if you don't pick it up at the end of the cleaning you're going to have to fish it out with the hook. Often sand gets collected underneath the basket, not in the basket. Overall, I still prefer this over the Dolphin since it doesn't have a cord.

I had the Nautilus Dolphin previously. It worked great, but the cord was a constant issue. I switched to the BeatBot for the convenience of not having to mess with a cord, but it doesn’t pick up fine particles as well as out old Dolphin. I run it for as long as possible and it oicks up bigger debris, but there is always fine dirt or sand left around the bottom of the pool.

Exceptional Priduct, performance, value. Weighs more due to quality of construction

It sunk, barely cleaned. No skim action whatsoever.Slow, lost charge. Tried it 5x.Not better than first try.My pool is 42x 16…it did not clean 1/4 of it after 5x.I am completely unsatisfied .Bought in Jan ‘25.. I tried to return it as soon as I saw its poor performance in June’25.I am a loyal Amazon customer.Very unhappy.It was expensive.

I love this pool robot. Just put it in the pool and walk away. It runs for 2.5 to 3 hours on one charge. Cleans the floors and walls of my pool. I like the app notices when the robots battery is running low. I wish we had invested in this years ago. It definitely makes life easier.
